Our Fees

  1. Application Fee: 5000 THB It is a once only non-refundable payment, which is to be paid by new students. This payment must be completed prior to the meeting session that you and your kid(s) will have with the school director. This payment is separate from the tuition fee.
  2. Tuition Fee Termly Enrollment : 40,000 THB term/kid Two-Month Enrollment: 34,000 THB 2-months/kid Tuition fee includes the cost of education, teaching materials and worksheets used in class, breakfast, lunch and a snack during school days. Tuition fee does not include the Application / Acceptance Fee.

  2. Bank Transfer through Thailand Banking System (Making cash deposit at a local bank in Thailand, ADM Machines for any local banks, Mobile Banking,...

Payment due date for Arki Kid students is 30 days before the term begins. The new admission for the ones on our waiting list will be open 29 days before the term begins.

In order to book your spot for each upcoming term/months, you are required to notify the school 2 months in advance and complete the payment 30 days before the enrollment period begins. Otherwise, your spot can't be guaranteed.

Refund Policy:

  • After completing the payment and registration, if you decide to cancel for any reasons, there will be no refund.
  • There will be no refund for the days that your child is absent for any reasons. ( such as travel, change of plans, sickness,...)
  • Any change from 2-month enrollment to termly enrollment is subject to availability and can be possible only at the beginning of each term.
  • We don't have any monthly enrollments! Unless it is going to be the last month that you are going to attend Arki Kid and the tuition will be 17,000 THB for that last month.
  • 2 months notice of leaving is required for any students leaving Arki Kid or taking a break for holiday.
  • If you can't attend school for a period of time and would like to take a break, you are required to book your spot by paying the tuition fully for the months/term you are coming back before you take the break. Otherwise we can't guarantee your spot.
